The historic three story Tri-State Electric building was renovated on the first and basement floors into the Bulls and Bears restaurant. The first floor dining area features an elaborate cherry bar, masonry walls, and exposed wood framing. |

The Bull Pen’s basement dining area existing floor was lowered two feet to accommodate the restaurant. The original stone foundation walls and floor joists were left exposed. |

A retail store for Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, Marlyand, that provides handicapped, maternity, and breathing equipment for patients. The store includes a test ramp for handicapped patients as they try various wheel chairs.

The Potomac Walk Building in downtown Hagerstown, Maryland, is a three story multi-use building with retail on the first and mezzanine floors and office space on the third. The Potomac Walk Building connects directly to a downtown parking deck and the adjacent Tristate building. |
