120,000 square foot tilt-up concrete office building with an all glass connector between the two buildings. Construction to begin Spring 2012.

Renovation of an existing warehouse located next door to the University’s Academic Center into a 90,000 square foot administration building for the Finance Department of the American Public University System. The Financial Center is three stories with the second story open along the perimeter for increased natural lighting. A circular center atrium with skylights located along the center of the roof brings natural light into the center of the building. A large multi-purpose room located on the ground floor is designed for campus wide meetings and events. The third floor features an elaborate meeting space for board meetings and special events.

An addition and renovation of the existing social hall providing new classroom space, an upgraded kitchen, new offices for the pastor and church secretary, and a new entrance plaza. A sunken courtyard was designed to improve lighting in the lower level and preserve the existing outdoor green space.

A 48,000 square foot office building providing the local agricultural community a single location to do business. The building will provide small and large meeting spaces for community events and an outdoor plaza for demonstrations.
