This organization style allows each design member to participate in their design specialties while maintaining the holistic vision for the project.
MSB Architects has developed several methods for including people in the design process. These can be as simple as one-to-one conferences or as elaborate as full scale design workshops involving committees and large groups of users.
 The firm presents options to clients for consideration at each step of design. Client responses are reflected in revised schemes that are then reviewed for further deliberation. A cycle of design and review continues until all agree on a preferred direction. During this cycle, a cost estimate is done of the project for confirmation of the budget. It is revised as necessary to meet the client's financial expectations.
 Mr. Bowen of MSB Architects manages all projects for the firm and remains the primary contact for our clients. Our success with our clients has been maintaining the original relationships from the beginning of the project through completion. This approach provides for a smoother project, as the primary contact for the design team and client is also the final decision maker. Mr. Bowen assigns a senior project manager as a secondary contact for our clients and the design team. This secondary manager works on the project from the beginning until completion.
